Another eccentric take on a classical silhouette, the Planks Necklace. A weighty assemblage of rectangular 'planks' is sewn and knotted on grey silk. Subtle textures result as the silver clay is nudged and smushed a bit, the openings of the holes smeared.
The 16" necklace ends with my own forged sterling hook and link clasp with a 2" extension of handformed sterling links ending with a KVK tag.
