I am a one person operation ... everything is made by me in my little home studio here in the mountains of Western North Carolina. 

I make every effort to run a sustainable, green business. To that end, the precious metals I use (PMC and sterling silver) are purchased from a certified green business and are made with recycled silver. The gemstones I use are purchased from reputable suppliers, are conflict free and in compliance with UN regulations.

Unless otherwise noted, most orders ship within 1 or 2 business days. Please note that any alterations or custom requests will make that turnaround time longer. I have two options for flat rate USPS shipping in the US, Priority Mail is $8 and USPS Ground Advantage is $4. Please request a quote for Express Shipping.

North Carolina residents will pay 7% sales tax.

Regarding returns ... Credit toward future orders will be given for jewelry returned within 7 days of receipt. To receive a full refund (less shipping charges) to your credit card, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order.
