kindling magic ...

I'm feeling the need to kindle a bit of magic ...

... but is there magic?  Even in these troubled times, I know in my heart, magic remains.  Maybe a bit battered and bruised, but it needs us to coax it out of hiding, give it a good dusting and restore its shine.  I see hints and elusive glints, wee little bits and bobs that pique the curiosity and wriggle their way in to awaken a dormant awareness.

I'm feeling the need to follow these tiny clues and nudges that are leading me in the right direction ... towards magic's hidey hole, towards joy, towards light, towards sacredness.

I'm feeling the need to reconnect with my buried sense of wonder.

I'm feeling the need to take deeper breaths, to float in cool water with the sun beating down, to do away with accumulated gunk and baggage.

This is a journey that can't be planned, a quest that can't be plotted.

The way forward must unfold as it will.  It can't be controlled, only embraced.

I travel the path, side by side, along with wonder, joy and sacredness and, yes, magic.

The path is wide, meant to be shared far and wide ... join me?
